Inventory Policy
- Stock to be maintained as per company guidelines
- Product exchange period: 9 Months
Business Expectations
- Maintain professional business standards
- Actively promote the Brand Tag business
- Allow company representatives to inspect business records when required
- Operate according to Brand Tag operational guidelines
Franchise Terms
Agreement valid for 5 years from the date of signing.
Franchise cannot be closed immediately after opening. Closure requires prior notice as per company policy.
Franchise rights cannot be transferred or sub-licensed without written approval from Brand Tag.
Nominee can be registered for legal succession purposes.
Agreement is binding on legal successors of the franchisee.
Franchisee must comply with all Brand Tag operational guidelines and standards.
